Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds for eligible AICA Health subscription plans.

1. Refund Eligibility

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Subscription Plans are refundable upon cancellation, up to 15 working days post purchase.

Purchases can be made through aicahealth.com and AICA Health mobile application(s).

2. Refund Processing

The refund processing time is 15 working days.

Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after processing, following deduction of applicable banking and payment gateway charges.

3. Important Information

15 Working days after purchase during which eligible cancellation requests may be made.

15 Working days for refund processing.

10 Working days for the refund to be credited after processing.

4. Payment and Banking Charges

Any applicable banking charges or payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount before the refund is credited.
